In our environment we deploy RAPs to remote workers. Each RAP has a phone and a PC connected in separate VLANs. We will have a master/standy 3400 cluster in our DC and a local 3400 controller in DR. The gateways for the VLANs that the PC and phone use are in the primary DC. In the event of a failover to the DR controller how should these devices be logically addressed?
Our end users are not techincally inclined and uptime is crucial (call center) so asking them reboot to reboot their phones and PCs for a new address is not ideal for us.
