I would like to get CPU Memory and Chipsets for the AP-345, IAP-335, IAP-325, IAP-315, IAP-305, and AP-303 access points.  I have seen some of these models in various places but most of the new ones I have not been able to locate specs for.  I am looking with an eye on mixing an Instant cluster with a more capable AP as the virtual controller.

Not sure if this information will help you. I have never seen VC runnig out of resources. If you stick to Aruba recommendations (128 IAPs in cluster at max), you should never run into issues in terms of VC capability.

I have an existing Instant AP customer who does have to regularly reboot their access point cluster due to it becoming unresponsive.  I believe the models are 100 series and would have significantly fewer resources than the 300 series but nevertheless I would like to get the actual specs on the 300 series.
