Yes.
Per the user guide, there is a factory reset procedure intended for devices that are up on poles and not easily reached.
You hard cycle the power 6 times - waiting for the device to fully boot each time (as indicated by the status lights).
On the 7th cycle the unit should boot up with a factory default configuration.
You can also open a TAC case and a TAC engineer can help get you in if there is remote access to the device.
