Max amount of profiles and AP-Groups

    Hi all,

     

    I have a client with 2 WLC 7210 in his DC. He plans now to deploy APs in all its Branch Office.

    As the configuration may be different in each branch, I want to be sure that he can create enough AP-Groups and other Profiles (VAP, SSID, AAA) if necessary.

    I couldn't find any limitation in the Datasheet.

    Did somebody knows how many AP-Groups and Profiles can be created or where I can find the information?

    There is no hard limit.

    Hi Colin,

     

    So I can create about 100 AP-groups on my 7210 Controllers without any trouble?

    Yes.  Your biggest problem would be managing them in any coherent fashion.
