Mesh point connect to portal

    I have a special question.

    Two AP-277 already configured on controller,one is portal,one is point,in the same ap-group and cluster.Because of the switches link problem,portal can not get ip address.I know that this portal ap will reboot and reboot and reboot........And the point ap will start successful(do not have the process of get ip address),of cause that the point ap can not find the portal ap.

    If one day,switches link is OK,portal ap start successful,then can point ap find portal ap at this time?Or have to reboot the point ap by shutdown power?

    Point should be able to find portal AP automatically. From past experience, the time it takes to fid portal can vary but yes point should be able to find portal AP without manual intervention.
