Mobility Master Shows Air Monitors as Down

Doing a new client install using 8.2 MM with 2 HW controllers and 315 AP's. We have everything up and running and just switched our planned air monitor AP's to Air Monitor mode. After they reboot and come up Mobility Master shows the AP's as "Down". Even though they show as up on the controllers and in the ap database from MM CLI.

Is there a way to tell MM that those AP's are doing what they should be doing (other than the obvious fact that they are configured by MM?)

Next stop is a TAC case, but figured I'd start here.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Got exactly the same problem, did you raise a TAC case for this?

388 AP315's showing as down on MM, up on controllers.

    Cheers....

    Yup, Per TAC:

"Here is an update from the development team stating "AP's in air monitor mode/ Spectrum and other non-AP modes aee supported starting beginning in 8.2.1.0 Onwards."  Recommend upgrade to 8.2.1.0"

I havn't had a chance to test with 8.2.1 to see if it's been resolved.

FYI, I've upgraded my managed devices to 8.2.1 from 8.2.0.2.

MM still showed the AP's as down.

Only when upgrading the MM's to 8.2.1 from 8.2.0.2 fixed the problem.

I can now see 387 'up' AP's from the Master.
