    Hi,

My demo controller (W-620) full licensed has a problem with his

    /mswitch/bin/wms              PROCESS_INITIALIZING  -                 131       240            4                Tue Nov 29 01:59:10 2011

    I think.

This was under 6.1.2.3, so I upgrade it to 6.1.2.4 but I have the same problem.

After three (3) clicks I don't receive any response within AP Installation, then I checked the process (show process monitor statistics) where the above line was very high after (131 restarts within 10 minutes)

Is there something else that I can check?

Please open a TAC case for that one.

The only thing I think you can try is "process restart wms core".

If that does not work, start completely from scratch:

    - Save your license keys

Do a "wms reinit-db" and reboot

If that does not work, save your license keys and then do a "write erase all"

    Joseph,

Likely that with this problem also my Captive Portal doesn't work?

I was testing the CP for a customer where it don't work and I didn't get it working on my LAB controller.

    I will open a Case.

    Thnx.

what I try to do is a "wms reinit-db" but the system is saying.

    (ADK-620) #wms reinit-db
RF-Plan data and WMS Database will be re-initialized.Do you want to proceed with this action [y/n]: y
Module WMS is busy. Please try later

After a reload I still have the same problem.

Are there other commands that I can try that I don't know?

Re-installing the software and start from zero.

This helps, sames that the other partition (software) was corrupt.

Thanks for all the help you all give.
