We want to be able to know when the bandwidth that we have allocated fir our ssid that is using wpa2 psk is getting to max etc, is there a way to do this if the aruba mib is loaded pn our snmp monitoring system? Also would like to know if we can monitor amount of clients (rather than a snapshot).

You can certainly monitor the number of clients via SNMP.  You cannot monitor the total bandwidth, however.  You can monitor it via snmp for each user.  Under Documentation and ArubaOS, there is a MIB reference guide here http://support.arubanetworks.com/DOCUMENTATION/tabid/77/DMXModule/512/Default.aspx?EntryId=5585 that will tell you what MIBs to monitor.
