Most of Apple product cannot connect to Open Network

    Hi guy,

     

    I am facing issues about most of Apple devices (iDevice&MAC device) cannot connect to Open Network for Captive Portal.

    My equipments are Aruba VMC 8.2.0.1 with AP215 and AP225. I do not have ClearPass in this network.

    Captive portal configured as guest on VMC. The security is open and authentication with username and password.

    Windows and Android can joined to in network and fine to serve the internet.

    For Apple devices, some device stuck on WiFi settings, some got IP address but cannot redirect to login page.

    I read about CNA to bypass Apple device but nothing happen. The result is same as before.

    Could you please help me to fix this?

    I adjusted some settings and now it is working.

    I create new WLAN profile with simple condition for testing. This process is step to find the issue. [Open network then WPA2-PSK].

    I think sometime it does not have 100% of answer to fix.
