Wireless Access

Hi all,

suddenly we are facing mysterious problem. Client cannot connect to AP. And keep restarting the process authenticating obtaining IP address. like very quick connect and disconnect mechanism. Without even giving a chance the user to obtain dhcp IP.

Here is what i got from command

We need much more information like:

- What client is this?

- What access point type is this?

- What type of encryption is being used?

- What version of ArubaOS?

- Is this the only client that is having this problem?  For how long?

EDIT:  If this is 6.4.1.0, please upgrade to 6.4.2.1 or later to fix this.

- What client is this?

any WiFi client, connected to AP

- What access point type is this?

AP 135 with RAP configuration

- What type of encryption is being used?

anything, from WPA and Open SSID With Captive Portal

- What version of ArubaOS?

- Is this the only client that is having this problem?  For how long?

happening more than one time

what actually happen when alert Message to Controller Timed Out is happening.
