I have the following APs and I can't seem to get the 377 to gain any clients when they are directly in front of it, 15 feet away. The clients seem to remain on the 345 AP which is providing weak signal from this location. I must be missing something in the setup of this network.

How high is the AP 377 mounted?

On the commandline of the controller, type "show ap bss-table" to ensure that the AP-377 is indeed broadcasting an SSID.

Do your APs all use the same profiles?

If not, what are the differences?

Are all these APs under a single Master controller?

What version of aos are you running?

See picture below of Instant - Virtual Controller. I assume it is in the same profile as it shows in the moddle box down below as an AP in this Network.

POE incector was not powerfull enough to allow the AP to fire up the radios. Got a new POE injector capable of POE-AT and problem solved.

Part of being a newbie, I guess.

    Hi

    From the datasheet:

POWER • Worst-case power consumption from the AP: 23W • Power sources sold separately • Power over Ethernet (PoE+): 802.3at-compliant • AC Power: 100-240 Volt 50/60Hz AC

    AP-370 need PoE+ always.

Does your software version and/or DRT file support the country where the 377 is deployed? It's a relatively new platform, and default FW/DRT may not support it yet.

    Hi

    Maybe upgrade to 8.3.0.1?
