I use a Aruba 7220 controller for several schools. However i have a problem with one of the schools. In Dashboard -> Clients, i can see all sort of data, except from one of my schools 10.70.x.x (see attached client liste file). In Dashboard -> Acess Pionts, i choose an ap in 10.70.x.x., here am i also missing info on users (see attached ap info file). The configuration on the controller is the same for all schools. Why isnt i getting any info from 10.70.x.x

    You should:

    - First try clearing your browser cache or using another browser

    - Consider upgrading to 6.5.0.4 if that does not fix it.

I have testet with IE, Edge and chromebrowser, with the same result.

Then i realised that i have 3 locations with no user info showing.

All my locations ar tunneled via local firewalls to a central firewall into the Aruba controller. Is there any ports thats needs access?
