No LED for 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz on AP 215

    Hello, I have 2 access points AP 215 that the leds lights for 2.4 and 5Ghz stay off and theses AP are not working.  They are provisionned and I see them on the controller but it have nothing write under 2.4 Ghz Channel and 5Ghz Channel (see screen shots).  I tried factory_reset but same problem.

     

    Is anyone could help me?

    Are the AP’s provisioned in a AP group with active SSID’s. If there is no SSID to broadcast a AP will not activate the radios.

    Type "show ap details ap-name <name of ap>" and see the radio information.  You could have a hardware issue.
