No available license for AP on local controller?

Hi guys,

I have provisioned 4 APs in the same AP group. 2 of them joined the local controller, but the other 2 didn't. When I run the command "show log system 50" I get this:

Apr 30 17:29:07 :305038: <4147> <WARN> |stm| No available license for AP AP_ATE_56_S
Apr 30 17:29:07 :305038: <4147> <WARN> |stm| No available license for AP AP_ATE_55_S

This is the local info in the local controller:

license_ate.png

The local controller currently has 40 APs joined, I can see them in the Monitoring page. All the controllers (master and locals) have Centralized Licensing enable, and I see there are 3612 licenses available, 0 licenses exceeded, but I also see there is 0 remaining AP capacity. It is a 7030 controller so it has an AP capacity of 64.

What is the problem? How can I fix it?

Regards,

Julián

Re: No available license for AP on local controller?

Hi,

After adding more licenses to the master controller, the warning message disappeared and the APs joined to the local controller with no problem.
