When I import guestusers via CSV on the guestadmin page I have an issue.

Everything is imported correctly and an automatic mail with the credentials is sent to the guest, but I also want to sent an automatic mail to the sponsor. This doesn't work!

When I add a user manually, two mails are sent, one to the sponsor and one to the guest.

I use the rightformat for the CSV file:

Guest's First Name (Required),Guest's Last Name (Required),Guest's Email,Guest' Phone Number,Guest's ID,Guest's password,Sponsor's First Name,Sponsor's Last Name,Sponsor's Email
John,Smith,johnsmith@xyzcompany.com,(415)555-1212,,,George,Wang,gwang@abccompany.com

Is this a known problem? Any advice? What should I do?

As mentioned in my first post, the mail is sent to the sponsor when i add a guest user manually.

Well, after reviewing the 6.1UG, this does not appear to be a function of the CSV import. It looks like that is only an option if you enter each one in manually or via the Show Details Pop-up Window, see Figure 125 on page 619.

BTW - It's a little off topic but when you access the GPP, what browser are you using? I'm having issues with IE9, but not IE8 and Firefox 9.0.1.
