Notified when new APs are deployed

    I need to notify a group of people when new APs are deployed so that the BSSIDs and the location can be imported into a telephony location database.  For E911 purposes, we need to correlate the BSSID to its location.  Currently, when a new AP is deployed, the BSSIDs are manually recorded and sent to the team.  I'm looking for a way to automate this, possibly through Airwave.  Any ideas?

    This whitepaper shows one recommended way for handling this as part of the Lync integration, which also has to deal with E911 location services:
