OSPF over L3 GRE

I'm testing in my lab, OSPF over L3 GRE tunnels using two 7005 controllers. I've got OSPF enabled on the tunnel interfaces, and redistributing a VLAN on each controller into OSPF. I don't see any neighbors nor do I see any new LSAs in the database. I believe my issues is that Hellos are not being sent over the L3 GRE tunnels. Any input on what I can do to correct this?

****just noticed as I posted this that tunnel 2 on Controller 2 is not sending any hellos. Not sure why, but currently looking into it.

Re: OSPF over L3 GRE

Resolved my own issues.

 

Removed the master-redundancy configuration that I was testing. All is good now.
