One IAP-325 is not connecting with Virtual Controller

    Hello,

     

    I am having some difficulties where one of our IAP-325 is not connecting with virtual wlc. Rest 15 IAP-325 is connected and working fine. It was working fine since last one year. Recently in our office we had a power outage and after that this one AP is not willing to connect with virtual wlc.

     

    It is giving following error.

    Let me what should I do.

    You should RMA it.

    Hello Colin,

     

    I really appreciate your time and response, Is there any other troubleshooting method do you suggest, before I do RMA? 

     

    Actually, this AP is mounted in the ceiling and it will not be easy to unmount it.

    You can certainly try the reset button procedure.
