    Hello I got a client which is asking me some thigns for some PCI compliance

     

    1-Which operating system is based the ArubaOS? ( I guess is linux??)

    2-We have to provide an evidence  of which  algorithm it use to stororage the local robust password(where can i find this?)

    For all intents and purposes, AOS is a customized Aruba-built OS. What it was based on is not really relevant anymore as it's been modified byond the point of being related to its origin. Password encryption per Aruba CTO is 3DES-CBC.

    which is the longitude of the password encryptation method.. i saw you said 3DES but its 1024? 2048?  the key size

    The auditor is asking that as well...
