I'm looking to power several APs in my home lab.  They're all AP-2XX and AP-3XX APs.  Does anyone have recommendations for a small PoE switch or PoE injectors that work well.  I know there are tons of cheap options out there, but a lot are cheap and reliability appears to be questionable.  At this time, I don't think PoE+ is a must have, since this is strictly a lab.  Anyone have suggestions for an affordable and reliable PoE solution for a home lab?

    I would suggest the HP 2530-8-PoE+ - http://www8.hp.com/us/en/products/networking-switches/product-detail.html?oid=7331445

You can also test out wired AAA 802.1x/Mac Auth to ClearPass as well in your lab :-)

    ...and it's fanless.

I would probably step up to the 2530-8G-PoE+, as the 2530-8-PoE+ is only 10/100.  It is more expensive, but if you are doing any load or throughput testing, it is worth it.
