An update to this. I create a whole new profile from scratch for the mesh. I followed the VRD for a Point to Point Mesh for the whole thing. I have been experimenting with 2 spare AP's and even when they are in the same room i cannot seem to get them to better signal strength then -65dbm. ARM is disabled.
