    My device is the ARUBA3200 US model, but my region is Rest of the World. I can fix this with an update?

    No, you cannot. You need to order the correct domain.

    Correct. The controllers are country specific and cannot be changed. Get with the partner you purchased it from if its new and get it switched for the proper device. If it's used and you just bought it I would still try to see if you can return it and get the proper device.
