    Dear all,

I’m trying to use Clearpass Onboard Captive portal with my controller 7220 – AOS 6.3.1.4. I defined an open SSID, with a default role CPPM_logon.

I created on the L3 Authentication part a captive portal where I define Onboard captive as the login page and associated it to the logon role.

When testing on the SSID, I get an IP address from DHCP, but no captive portal is displayed.

The problem doesn’t come from the role CPPM_logon, because access to Clearpass is allowed for this role and when I put the captive portal link in my web browser, I can access to it.

I also tested DNS request with a nslookup and there is no problem, requests are not blocked.

On the VLAN used for the captive portal users, there is an explicit proxy and even when it’s declared in the browser, the captive portal is not displayed automatically.

Could the proxy cause the problem ?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Thomas
