Pushing Certificates/Wireless Network settings through group policy in Windows Server 2003

I was looking for a document on how to push certificates and wireless network settings using group policy in Windows Server 2003.

Can someone point me to where I can find this or post a document here on how to do it?

Thanks.

Is it possible to push a Wireless config but to let the option of connecting automatically changeable ?

I want the option to be unchecked by default for all our laptop. But for "only wifi" laptop, I want the user being able to connect automatically by enabling the option by themself.

Is there a way to only customize this option and let others things lock?

Checked in win ser 2008 and we do have an option for this. however to make this to work permission have to be granted for the users to edit the network settings
