    Does any one have a standard questionaire for gathering information for proposing aruba wireless solution for SMB segment.

     

    The idea is to collect all the info required for generating a BOQ by sending this questionnaire..

     

    What are the questions to be asked ?

    I've tried this in the past and found you really need a discussion, not a survey.

    Any sugesstions on what mandatory questions to be asked ? triyng to devolop a document even if it is not full proof .

    Developing a document like that is based on professional experience.  You can develop the same document if you interview enough customers and see what questions you ask the most.  There are no right or wrong answers to this question.  If you asked 25 resellers, they would probably not have the same 25 questions on a list.  Those same resellers probably do not want to share those questions on this forum, because it would expose their business strategy.
