My guess? Someone configured that AP with the quiotation marks.
Try renaming it. :)

That was my thought too, just wanted to verify that he was looking in a controller. So if you are in the controller go into AP Installation, select the AP that has quotes around the name and then select Provision. Go to the bottom and under AP Name enter in the value of the name of the AP (without quotes this time) and then Apply and Reboot. Give it a few minutes to come back up and you should be fine.
