We are unable to connect to the WiFi in branch. Users on site have confirmed this was working yesterday. The device has been rebooted but the site are still unable to connect.

What is the flag ? use "show ap database | include <AP IP address" and also check the status of the IPSec by using "show crypto ipsec sa"
Please come back with the above, we can fix the issue.
