RAP-2wg's failing to register to controller

hi guys,

i've got some RAP5's registered to a test system, and we're rolling out a new solution for remote voice agents using  the rap-2wg's.

However I cannot get them to register successfully to the existing test controller.

We're running version 6.1.3.3 on the test controller, the RAPs come with 5.0.4.0 out of the box.

When they initially connect, I can see an upgrade attempt, but then they simply refuse to connect after the reboot.

I see the following in the logs after running 'logging level debugging ap-debug xyz process approc'

Sep 21 16:11:23 :311014:  <ERRS> |AP 00:0b:86:67:55:55@1.1.1.25 sapd|  Local write failed: Success.

It appears the upgrade fails as there isn't enough room on the RAP2's. I can do a hard reset on them, and redo the process, but with the same results.

i've tested two AP's at this stage, no difference.

Any ideas??

Many thanks,

Liamo

Re: RAP-2wg's failing to register to controller

I also meant to say, I should have plenty of licenses available on the controller:

I've got 12 remaining RAP capacity....
