RAP IP/SEC tunnel terminating on firewall which nats to controller?

Can I terminate a RAP in the conversion process to a company's firewall public IP address, which then NATs that traffic to the controller?  This company wants to hand out a lot of RAPs to employees for home use.  Home public IPs change often, so their hope is a generic public port on their firewall that will forward the RAP traffic to the controller and not have to keep a list of all their emplyees' public IP addresses.
