    I have RAP Access-Point  with controller ip 192.168.10.138 /114.143.10.14

    scenario :

    A) when i connect the RAP in campus area with following parameter.

    1.Remote Access-Point

    2.with FLAG  showing R

    3.Group: Default

    its working good here

    B) when i connect the RAP in campus with following parameter.

    1.Remote Access-Point

    2.when i change to group REMOTE_VAP

    having following parameter

    Ap systeam-Profile:

    LMSIP:192.168.10.138 , BackLMSIP:114.143.10.14

but FLAG Indication is showing RI (R:Remote , I:Inactive)

Why it is showing Remote Inactive ?

If you run "show profile-errors" is there any errors in your configuration?

This could could be due to a missing VLAN, invalid reg domain etc. Is the VAP correctly configured?
Also looking at your LMS IP, this is an internal address, should this be the case? I've seen sometimes the LMS IP is an internal address so the IPSEC tunnel is attempted to be established to this IP when it actually has to traverse an external IP range.

Looks like the RAP can establish the IPsec tunnel; but not its LMS tunnel.   Reconfigure the LMS IP in the REMOTE_VAP group.

Either change it to the external IP or leave blank (if blank it will use the IP it was provisioned against).
