Hi,

I have tested rap ap with 4G cellular modem uplink and maximum speed I have received for uptream has been 4Mbps. Downstream speed has rolled around 20-30Mbps. I tested my cellular modem without Aruba ap and then I get 30Mbps for downtream and 25Mbps for uptream so the proplem is not in my cellular modem connection. I have done test with cat-cabel and via wifi, results are same. I did test with different ap models rap-155 and rap-109, results were same kind with both models. Only difference was that with rap-109 I received 20Mbps downstream and with rap-155 downstream speed were 30Mbps. This upstream speed problem occurs only with cellular modems, my other rap-ap:s works fine.

Has anyone run into same proplem? Is it feature or some limitation in ipsec tunnel? Latency in cellular connection is around 40ms, could it effect to this? But if so why downstream speed is good...

May be a limitation by your cellelular operator about IPsec stream ?

I asked this from cellular operator and they dont have limitations for ipsec traffic. I was thinking could this be udp window size problem?
