We have given a customer access to their AP Group as a AP/Device Manager - Access Level 'Monitor (Read Only).

When they log in, they can view in VisualRF also the other Campusses and thus othe rlocations. Is there a way to - as well - restrictions for VisualRF locations? I can not find that in AMS Setup - Roles..

    Thanks

Is the folder that the user's role assigned above or below the folder that you don't want them to see?  it should not let the user see anything above his/her  folder.

This structure for folders is setup right now

    TOP (0/100 clients)

    > Customer A (33/33 clients)

    > Customer B (33/33 clients)

    > Customer C (34/34 clients)

Must we creae a subfolder for Customer A called Customer A AP's? And move AP's to that subfolder?

Customer A has now in Role Top Folder set to Customer A.

Customer should only be able to see aps in his/her top folder and below.

I see, but somehow they saw an old Campus which was not containing any AP. Hey can't see floorplan from Customer B. Strange thing. I deleted the old campus, and now they can not see it anymore.
