    Hi,

We have a RAP that are installed in our remote office. This RAP were working fine for more that a year already. Now recently we encounter an issue that RAP port 0 will goes down every other 4 to 5 hours in a day. Then when it goes down our local IT suport will just unplug the network cable and put it back and it will run normally after that. Then issue was almost a month already. When I check the controller logs it says that connection is failed. Can someone explain the logs below and why this happen?

    1.  Think about anything that has changed in the last month

    2.  What version of ArubaOS is this?

How are those raps connected to the internet?

Yes both connected to the internet. But occassionally the port 0 connected to the internet will goes down sometime 5 or 4 hours after the connection goes up.

Both RAPs are at the same location?  What kind of firewall/router is located there?

Is this the only site that you have more than one RAP connecting back to the main site?  It is quite possible that there is a limit on your firewall passing IPSEC traffic back to the same site.  I say this because I have very little information about your setup.  You probably want to get TAC involved so that they can get detailed information about your issue.

    Okay.

What is different about this site?  Is the bandwidth different?  Have any changes been made?  Is the traffic different?
