you have a Ruckus WLAN and an Aruba Wlan and Clearpass. The customer will use both WLAN Systems. He will have that the client didn´t lost the connection if a user roams from Aruba do ruckus. 

What I mean if he connect to ruckus and move to Aruba he will not that the client reconnect. He will use Clearpass for both systems

Using the Event Tracker in ClearPass, you should see the authentication event when the client devices attempts to reconnect. What is the response from ClearPass, or the error message that prevents ClearPass from authenticating the user? Is the same SSID configured on both systems?

Roaming from ruckus AP to Aruba AP is not supported.
This is because each system is not interlocked. Even if the SSID is set the same, the clients will reconnect when they move (in the RF range of each other).
In the clear pass, it is possible to confirm that the user repeats the connection and repeats the connection.
Of course, it can be confirmed by bssid information of AP in client access information.

Roaming it not possible. The client will have to reconnect. If the reconnection is fast, the client might not notice it.
