    Hi Tim,

The issue has been resolved, the master ip was missing in the AP configuration.

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards,

What discovery method are you using for your access point?

    I believe I am using a DHCP alias: aruba-master

I am not the only admin to this system though, so someone may have enable ADP by accident. It is enabled on my master at the moment but I don't want to turn it off if it isnt the problem.

    Thanks

    Jay

Do you mean DNS alias?  You should stop the AP at the apboot> prompt and type "dhcp" to see if it finds a controller.  If not, your network is not configured properly for discovery.

Yes sorry, I will try that and see how it goes.

    Thanks!

Ok, so ADP is enabled on my master, disabled on the locals. I still see the same log on the console of the CLI. This is the first AP deployment in Latin America for us. the US APs work fine, but these keep going into that reboot loop.

Yes, it points to the master and I have tested it from the vlan the APs are in, it responds as it should
