We have multiple SSIDs, but certain SSIDs (used for lab-setups) are only available as an extra on selected APs (in those labs). Clients can connect to the regular SSID and the lab-SSID so both networks get configured in the client's settings.
Once the client walks out of the lab, the WiFi-signal doesn't stop at the door. Even closer to APs broadcasting only the default set of SSIDs, the client can be connected to the lab-SSID even with a poor signal. Is there a way to "SSID-steer" this client to a non-lab SSID when it's stronger?
Disconnecting clients after x amount of time to nudge them to the other network isn't a desirable solution.
