We have a place, where put a AP93.Sometimes the SSIDs are all disappear. When it's happened,i try show ap active,bss-table,arm rf-sum,and ping it,look like all good. But,i can't see any ssids even change an AP.

I try use an AP by the same config,It's always work.

I have check controller log and airwave log,i think it don't have any error.

    Have anyone some suggestion?

    Thanks!

Do you mean this happens when you move the AP to another location ?

Can you try the following command and see what BSSIDs are attached to that AP :

    show  ap  bss-table ap-name <apname>

    show  ap  debug system-status ap-name <apname> | begin iwconfig

    show datapath tunnel ipv4 <ap-ipaddress>

The AP 93 is a single radio AP and can only be on 1 band at any given time. When you run show ap bss-table, what phy type is your SSID using?

    phy-type.PNG

Is your client 5 GHz (a/n/) capable? Could it be set to a single band in the wireless card properties?

After you confirm the other commands from my previous post you should check the following :

Is there any flags when you do the show ap database | include <APNAME> ?

Is the AP changing APgroups ?

Are the LEDs for the g/a radio on the AP are lid

Is the SSID configure to be hidden under the SSID profile ?

And to make sure there's nothing misconfigured or missing do show profile-errors</APNAME>

    The flag is "Rc2".

AP no changing APgroups, and i put an ap at other place look like don't have issue.

When i user AP93,the LEDs "PWR" "ENET""11B/G/N" are light.

    NO.

I think no,this group have some VAPs other group is also have, but others don't have issue.

It's not happened yet,so if it happened i will try your command.

    thanks for your help!

Did you meant to configured that AP as a Remote AP? , Rc2 means that is coming up a rap

When you get chance run this command :

    show datapath tunnel ipv4 <ap-ipaddress>

This will tell you which gre tunnels for SSIDs are making it to the AP

We put AP at another network line, and it's work fine almost two week.

I think the issue is happened cause of a small hub.

I will check more for this.

    Thanks for help.
