You'll need a controller for the AP-175. If you have one then you can set parameters from the command line such as its ip addressing information and its master controller ip. Typically we would recommend using DHCP with DNS Discovery, ADP (Layer 2) discovery, or DHCP Option 43 Discovery. This simplifies the initial AP setup immensely.

If you don't have a controller you'll need to get the IAP-175 that runs the instant code, which can be used without a standard mobility controller and instead has a built in virtual controller.
