Slowness on a particular AP

    Hi All,

    Today our users complained about internet slowness. Upon investigation we found that, they are all connected to the same AP.

    By looging at the graphs on WLC dashboard we can see that evry 5 mins or so, AP is stopping sending data to controller and then thee is a drop in the graph.

    You should open a tac case.  There are quite a few reasons why that could happen.

    Thanks for your reply.

    We found the root cause.

    It was the faulty AP cable which was causing the slowness. Changed it and everything back to normal.
