Start up/How To general prework doc

    I just got 12 new AP-225's in and am going to install them with clearpass. Does anyone have a doc that gives a good overview of what is needed to be done to make the install go smoothly?

     

    I.E vlan tagging? Clearpass setup ? anything.

     

    Sorry i am kinda new to the aruba stuff.

    Are these IAPs or these will tied to a controller ?

    Well my work sheet says they will be tied to IAP Virtual controller

    What type of setup are you trying to configure in ClearPass ?

    802.1X , Guest , Onboard , Onguard ?

    the answer to that is, yes

    802.1x, configture vlan tagging on some switches, guest access on the ASA, Clearpass policy manager, guest access manager, and onboard module.
