    I'm  issue. I'm using IAS (RADIUS) on Server 2003 and get the following error in the IAS logs: EAP-Type = Reason-Code = 266 Reason = The message received was unexpected or badly formatted.

     

    Could someone please help ?

    Please double check to make sure that the preshared key between the controller/IAS match.

    How can we check for keys ?

     

    Actually device in question here is blackberry device and we disabled CA cert from mobile as it ask for certificate otherwise.
