Wireless Access

i have setup both controllers in active and standby mode. when I issue show switches on standby controller, it will show as below:

Both controllers were not able to ping loopback address of each other as well.

Both IPsec key have been put in correctly on both controllers already. May i know what else can cause this errors?

Can you ping both controllers from anywhere else ?

Can both controllers ping the gateway ?

Since you configure these as Active/Standby masters are these in the same segment/VLAN ?

Were controllers able to ping each other before you made the change ?

1)i cannot ping the master loopback address from elsewhere. But i am able to ping the standby controller loopback ip address from elsewhere.

I can ping to  both controllers management  VLAN IP adress  from elsewhere.

2)Both controller can ping GATEWAY.

3)Yes both controller loopback address and management IP address also in same segment.

4)I had do hardware upgrading from 3400 to 3600. After done upgraded, the errors was appear.

Before upgrade, i can ping both contoller loopback ip adress. The configuration on new controllers were exactly same with the old controllers.

this issue resolved after i delete the master controller loopback ip address then put it back.
