I have Aruba APs discovering a constant SSID that is not ours. What Airwave shows is a First Discovering AP from building X  and the Last Discovering AP located in building Y. The problem is that building X and building Y are in two different countries. To add to my confusion, they are not constant in that the next day this SSID could be in two different locations. I have around 11 different instances per day. Some with known vendors (netgear, Broadcom etc...) and others unknown.

I have never seen anything like this - Has any one experienced anything like this previously? If so, what is going on?

It could be a fake AP using random mac addresses.  You might never figure it out.
