Hello, I have to do a upgrade to OS 5.0.2.0 to 6.3.1.5.

 

The upgrade run for 30 minutes.

 

This is normal?

After the upgrade is started, I have to leave my computer with the image on the network?

 

The reason it failed is because you needed to be on the latest 5.0.4 to upgrade to 6.3

Can you try to boot from the other partition ?

Ok, I upgrade to 5.0.4 and after I try to update to 6.3.

I have the 7005 Controller, with the 6.4.3.4 OS. Kidnly advise if there is any newer OS to upgrade mine and also how to do that?
