    Hi Everyone,

I have a cluster of two 7200 controllers ina active/passive currently running 6.4.3.9.

what is the best way to upgrade

    1. install firmware on master and reboot

    2. install Firmware in local reboot

    ?

and second q. is going from 6.4.3.9 to 6.5.0.3 ok

is there a upgrade matrix i.e before going to 6.5.x.x you must be on 6.4.x.x

You can upgrade to/from those firmwares with no issue.

Upload the file to both and then reboot at the same time.  Make sure you do a "backup flash" on both controllers before you reboot, just in case you have to revert...

I think it would loss connectivity if rebooting both controller at the same time, right?

Yes.  You need an upgrade Window.
