    Can You help me?

Issue : Users not getting the IP addresses after they connect and disconnects. - customer is connecting the clinet to the below ssid Localiza-Guest, LL_MOBILE - ssid LL_MOBILE has more than 5 vlans mapped to it - client doen't has any issue when connected and mapped with vlans server by Windows dhcp server - issue is with the vlan 700 which is server by the controller for dhcp - same vlan is mapped to the other ssid having same issue - checked the active clinet / found 70 connected - checked the dhcp free lease/ found only 49 - explained that lease time is not expired for the users which is causing issue - checked the lease time - 24 hours is assigned, reduced to 8 hours - aaa user fast age enabled to remove the duplicate ip addresses

As Victor asked, can you please share 'show rights <role name>' of ther role the users have.

You should have 'any any sv-dhcp permit' at the top of your acl. When the clients reconnect, they could be doing a dhcp renew, which being unicast may be blocked.

I implemented the fix referenced by Micheal, and after deleting the user again with the aaa user delete mac command, was able to successfully have them renew the lease and they are able to utilize the guest access again. Thank you!
