I noticed that the interface vlans can not be set to jumbo frames. Is there any advantage to have jumbo frames on the controller’s port channel interfaces if all the vlans on the port channel have their SVIs set to mtu 1500?

With jumbo frames enabled on the interface or port-channel, you can switch the larger frames (L2) even if they don't hit the VLAN interface on the switch.

If jumbo frames are disabled, frames larger than 1500 bytes are dropped by the interface.
