    Hi,

     

    We have noticed performance issues when disabling drop multicast & broadcast from VAP profile, but it seems for airprint & airplay to work this is the only way at the moment. Would it possibille to allow broadcast multicast only in one vlan in the vlan pool.

    No.  It drops broadcasts on all the VLANs on the VAP.  Our upcoming Airgroup feature will deal with this.  http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Community-Matters-Blog/Enter-to-Win-AirGroup-Sweepstakes-by-September-1st/ba-p/41026

    If the device is on a wired network and clients are on wireless, will it work if selected (enable) drop multicast and broadcast setting.
