VIA and Lync - Windows Shutdown

    Anyone experience any issues with running VIA and Lync simultaneously?  We're having users who are having issues shutting down their laptops when Lync is used while VIA is running.  The laptop just hangs and the only way to power off is to pull the battery on the laptop.

    I haven't heard this problem before. 

     

    What OS and Lync version?

    We are using Lync 2010, version 4.0.7577.4415 and VIA version 2.1.1.5.
