VIA and local Master controller

    Hello

    We got a client which has a master controller in another country and local controllers in our country

     

    They do not have VIA in master controller  which is in country A

     

    They want to terminate a VIA tunnel con local controller which is in country B

     

    My question is:

    They need to install VIA license on local controller, which is in country B to terminate the via tunnel on local controller? 

     

    They are not interested in terminating  the tunnel in country A which is where the master controller is JUST in country B which is the local controller.
